How-To
Zol's Game World Meet ZolAi.
ZolAi is Zol's AI — the helper built into the World. It isn't a general-purpose assistant and doesn't pretend to be one. Ask it about anything outside these walls and it'll tell you plainly: I'm just here to help with Zol's Game World. Ask it about what happens inside them, though, and it knows a great deal.
Where to find it
ZolAi lives in the hamburger menu — the three lines. It's there on every screen outside a game, so it's never more than a tap away.
You won't see it while you're actually playing. That's deliberate: an icon sitting on top of a game board eats space you need for the game. Finish your round, or step out of it, and ZolAi is right where you left it.
What to ask
Strategy is a good place to start. How do you approach a Cipher board? What actually earns points in Garage? When is it worth taking a hint and when isn't it?
It's just as happy explaining how something works — a game's rules, what Zolified does to them, how difficulty tiers change scoring, how streaks are kept, how subscribing works and what each tier gets you.
Everyday account questions are fair game too. What you're subscribed to, what changing tier would mean, how any of it applies to you.
Treat it as a conversation rather than a search box. Follow-up questions are welcome, and if the first answer isn't quite what you needed, say so and ask again.
What it won't do
ZolAi will not spoil the daily. It won't give you today's answer and it won't feed you hints on today's puzzle, no matter how you ask. Everyone plays the same daily, and a leaderboard where some people had the answer handed to them isn't worth topping.
It knows this World inside out, and it knows your account. It still won't hand you today's answer.
It knows who you are
ZolAi isn't answering in the abstract. It knows your account, so questions about your subscription come back in your terms rather than as a general explanation — what you're on, what a change would mean for you, how something applies to your situation.
That covers the everyday things. Anything more serious — a billing problem, something wrong with your account, anything that needs a person to actually look into it and fix it — belongs with support rather than with ZolAi.
When it hands you off
ZolAi knows where its usefulness ends, and it will say so rather than guess. When a question needs a person, it points you to support@zolsgameworld.com — and that's the right place for it.
Write to that address directly any time you'd rather skip a step. Nobody minds.
Every chat starts fresh
ZolAi doesn't carry anything over between conversations. Each time you open it, you're starting clean — it won't remember what you asked yesterday, or an hour ago.
In practice that just means including a little context in your question. "How does scoring work in Vial?" will get you further than "how does scoring work?" on its own.
It's there for everyone
ZolAi is available on every account, free tier included. It isn't a paid extra and it isn't rationed — if you're here, it's there.
So use it. Have a quick chat whenever you feel like one — that's why ZolAi is around.
