Logic Puzzle

Zol's 64 One crown per row, column and region.

Zol's 64 is a logic puzzle you play in your browser — place one crown in every row, every column and every coloured region of the grid, with no two crowns ever touching.

The rules

  • The grid is split into coloured regions, as many regions as there are rows.
  • Place exactly one crown in each row, each column, and each region.
  • No two crowns may touch — not side by side, and not even diagonally.
  • Tap a cell to drop a crown or take it back; a mark that breaks a rule lights up red so you can always see your conflicts.
  • Get all the crowns down with no conflicts and the puzzle solves itself.

There's exactly one solution, and you can always reason your way to it — no guessing required.

Pick your grid

  • Easy — a 6×6 board.
  • Medium — 8×8.
  • Hard — a full 10×10.
  • Zolified — the 10×10 with the region colours stripped out, so you read the shapes from their borders alone, plus a 60-second timer that starts placing correct crowns for you if you stall — at a rising cost.

Every crown you place rules out a row, a column, a region and a ring of neighbours. Follow that chain.
