Pipe Connecting
Zol's Plumbing Turn the pipes, send the water home.
Zol's Plumbing is a pipe puzzle you play in your browser — a grid of scrambled pipe segments that you rotate until the water runs from every tap to all of its matching drains.
The rules
- The board has coloured taps and drains, joined by a network of pipe pieces — straights, elbows and tees — all starting turned the wrong way.
- Tap a piece to rotate it 90°. Water flows through any pipes whose openings line up and connect back to a tap.
- The board is solved when every drain is lit by its colour and every pipe on the board is carrying water — nothing left dry, and no pipe dangling into a wall.
- So it's not just about reaching the drains; you have to find the arrangement that uses every piece, which is what makes the tighter boards a real puzzle.
Pick your board
- Easy — a 5×5 grid with two colours.
- Medium — 7×7, still two colours, more drains.
- Hard — a 10×10 with three colours.
- Zolified — a colour-mixing board: two colours have to meet and blend on the way to a drain that demands the mix, so the paths have to cross in exactly the right place.
A pipe that looks connected isn't, until you trace it all the way back to a tap.
